If you would have told me five years ago that I would be starting my own business as a birth doula I would not have believed you! But the Lord is always good, and He knew that this was where my journey of life was taking me. I am so beyond grateful and blessed to be serving in this way. Being part of your village and being able to encourage, inform and support you throughout your pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum would be my honor.
I do not have kids yet, but I don't think that one needs to experience birth to be able to be used by God to support those that are going through this season of life. I am very much looking forward to going through pregnancy for myself and for now I am satisfied knowing this is my calling from the Lord.
I believe in the God of the Bible and that He created only two genders, man and woman, and that is it! I believe that the journey of pregnancy and birth has been robbed of the intimacy that it deserves. I believe that every pregnancy is a miracle and every baby is a blessing.
I have always had a curiosity for the development of the unborn in the womb. The Lord has used that curiosity and evolved it into passion. Passion for a peaceful birth. Passion for self-education about different options and choices. Passion for fathers to be present and mothers to be heard. This God-given passion is what lead me to become a doula.
I am dedicated to making sure that you know your options and make educated choices in your birth journey. I am committed to taking care of you to the best of my abilities so that you can have the birth of your dreams.
